we'd live in ourselves.

We run three houses in Raipur Khadar, Sector 126 — Jade for boys, Ruby for girls and Emerald for co-living. Same furnishing, same food, same housekeeping in all three. What changes is who lives there.

Most of our residents study at Amity, about a kilometre up the road, or work at the HCLTech campus in this same sector. So we built around what that actually needs: a desk you can sit at for hours, Wi-Fi that holds, meals you don't have to plan, and a front door not everyone can open.

No brokerage. Nothing in the rent you weren't told about. Come see a room any day between 10 and 8 — we'd rather you judge it in person.

Where exactly is Serenity PG located?

What does the monthly rent include?

Every rate includes three meals a day, an air-conditioned furnished room, high-speed Wi-Fi, RO drinking water, housekeeping, laundry and security. There is no brokerage.

Do you provide food, and how many meals a day?

Yes. Three meals a day are included in every plan — breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus tea and coffee.

What are the room sharing options and prices?

Single sharing starts at ₹20,000, double sharing at ₹12,000 and triple sharing at ₹10,000 per month. Exact rates depend on the house — Serenity Jade (boys), Serenity Ruby (girls) or Serenity Emerald (co-living).

Is Serenity PG for boys or girls?

Both. Serenity Jade is a boys-only house, Serenity Ruby is a girls-only house with a dedicated warden and biometric-secured entry, and Serenity Emerald is co-living.

How secure is the PG?

Biometric-secured entry, 24×7 CCTV monitoring, a security guard and a caretaker available around the clock. Serenity Ruby additionally has a dedicated warden on site.

Is the PG close to Amity University?
