We run three PG houses in Raipur Khadar, Sector 126 — Jade for boys, Ruby for girls and Emerald for co-living. Here is how we run them, and what we will and will not promise you.
A place that
feels like yours.
Most people who move in here are starting something — a degree at Amity, a first job at HCLTech, a shift to Noida from another city. That first month is already hard enough without worrying about whether the water runs or who has a key to the front door.
So we kept the list short and did those things properly. Every room has an AC, a bed with a mattress, a wardrobe and a study table you can actually work at. Three meals a day come out of our own kitchen. A caretaker is on site around the clock, entry is biometric, and Ruby has a dedicated warden.
We charge no brokerage, and the rate on the pricing page is the whole rate — no separate mess bill, no amenity top-up at the end of the month. If something we have promised is not working, tell the caretaker or call us directly; the numbers in the footer are ours, not a call centre's.
We are a newer house and we would rather say that plainly than invent five years of history. Come and look at the room you would actually get, between 10 and 8 any day, and judge it on what you see.
What ₹10,000 to ₹24,000 a month actually gets you.
Every rate on this site is the full rate. Meals, amenities, housekeeping and security are already in it — no separate food bill, no brokerage.
Rooms, not beds in a hall
An AC in every room, a bed with mattress and pillows, a wardrobe or almirah, and a study table with a proper chair.
Everyday essentials
High-speed Wi-Fi, RO drinking water, 24×7 water supply, laundry, and a kitchen with fridge, microwave, induction and a coffee machine.
Meals included, not extra
Breakfast, lunch, evening tea and coffee, and dinner — cooked on site and inside the rent, never billed on top of it.
Security, specifically
Biometric entry, CCTV across entrances and common areas, a security guard, a 24×7 caretaker, and a dedicated warden at Ruby.
